“Puupuubanga was named by my daughter Jasmine, she is three and a half years old. I made this creature for her, with the intention that it watches over her, as a guardian or companion, as she develops and starts her journey through this life. She may just laugh at it, discard it, lose it or forget about it for two decades and then rediscover it in her mid-twenties. I hope at the very least that she takes pleasure in looking at Puupuubanga and that it brings a smile to her face from time to time."
